Zhao Baao

Mr. Zhao's practice mainly focuses on dispute resolution and intellectual property, including international commercial arbitration and domestic commercial arbitration and litigation.  Mr. Zhao has participated in litigation cases heard by courts at multiple levels and arbitration proceedings administered by CIETAC, BAC, HKIAC, SIAC, SCC, and AAA, and he has also advised clients in court proceedings and enforcement cases in United States, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, and Cayman.
